Future Ready Youth
Future Ready Youth is a targeted youth employment and employability programme supporting young people aged 16–25 who face barriers to work, education, or training. The project combines practical skills development, career guidance, and structured work experience placements to help young people progress confidently into employment, apprenticeships, or further education.
Participants receive employability workshops, CV and interview coaching, digital skills training, and one-to-one mentoring. Crucially, we set young people up with meaningful work experience opportunities through local employers and partner organisations, allowing them to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and strengthen their CVs.
The programme works in close partnership with employers, training providers, and community organisations to create clear progression pathways, reduce youth unemployment, and support long-term economic independence.
